I am an independent expert with 20 years of experience in the FMCG industry. I have high skills in complex business management and high negotiation skills gained at one of the largest distribution companies in the FMCG market in Poland. I am familiar with the Polish wholesale and retail market, with an emphasis on franchising in the FMCG sector.

As a managing director and a board member, I managed a franchise network of a total of 2,500 shops throughout Poland.

Thanks to good cooperation with my business partners, suppliers and franchise shop owners, we have always achieved the business objectives we set together, supporting the Polish independent trade market All of this was possible thanks to efficient structural changes in the areas of sales, operations and marketing.

My negotiating skills are supported by many successes. One of them is taking part in negotiations with producers during the merger of two companies: Eurocash S.A. – Tradis S.A; the largest one on the wholesale market in FMCG. S.A.

My experience in the FMCG industry has significantly contributed to my development in the real estate sector. I have been involved in the real estate market for over a decade. In recent years, I have specialized in identifying attractive investments and managing the rental of my own properties, which has allowed me to gain in-depth knowledge of the market.

Today, as a licensed real estate agent, I combine professionalism, commitment and effective management of the entire purchase, sale or rental process.

Personally, I am passionate about the world. I enjoy different types of travel: alone, with friends, and sometimes with a travel agency. I choose the least trite corners of the world. I dream of visiting every country in the world.

What I am passionate about when I travel is the people, their culture and the vegetarian side of their cuisine, since I have been one for 30 years.
